12 Valve Injector Puller - Tork Tool Cummins - CIP030
CUMMINS® 12 VALVE INJECTOR REMOVER
* PULLS 1989 TO 1998 CUMMINS® 12 VALVE INJECTORS FAST !
* INEXPENSIVE HEAVY DUTY TOOL
* CIP030 WORKS ON 6BT AND 4BT CUMMINS® INJECTORS
Did you ever wish there was an easier way to remove Cummins® 5.9 0r 3.9 diesel injectors? The Tork Tool Cummins® Injector Puller is the answer to pulling stuck injectors FAST! This heavy duty tool was designed to remove Cummins® 6BT and 4BT injectors without damaging the injector ball or indent groove in the head. This tool will remove even the most rusted injector.
We designed this injector tool to replace the pry bar and slide hammer method. If you are not careful, the pry bar method can damage the indent groove in the head. The slide hammer is pricey and doesn't do a good job on #5 and #6 injectors. There is not enough room to use the slide hammer under the cowl.
GUARANTEED TO PULL YOUR CUMMINS® DIESEL INJECTORS
Replacement of your Dodge® Cummins® 12V diesel injector is fast and easy! To use, assemble the injector puller onto the injector. Place the tube over the injector body, followed by the hardened washer and nut. Tighten the nut and even the most stubborn injector will pop right out. GUARANTEED!
This heavy duty injector tool is made from heavy wall tube. We custom make hardened washers to fit each injector size. The hardened nuts are made for us, as off the shelf items don't exist. We could have used cheap unhardened nuts, but chose the higher priced items, because diesel owners demand the best. This tool will last a lifetime. All parts are plated and feature a second process to keep the tool rust free.
THREE INJECTOR REMOVER MODELS TO CHOOSE FROM
The Tork Tool CIP030 Cummins® diesel injector puller will work on the large injectors from 94 to 98 and the small Cummins® injectors from 89 to 93. The CIP010 works on the small Cummins® injectors from 1989 to 93 only. The Tork Tool CIP020 is for 1994 to 98 Cummins® diesels. Detailed instructions are included in the kit.

Extracts injector very smooth even when stuck. Works very well in tight spaces and doesn't damage injector. Best tool out for injectors, keep up the great engineering.

Thanks for the expedited shipping of the cummins injector removal tool. i've heard alot of guys make their own, and "get by" using a 9/16 lug nut. I'll have to say its worth the money. Just got it today and looked at it. I like the "set in" design of the washer where you dont have to worry about it being centered and it looks to be of sturdy construction. Thanks again rob.
